I totally forgot to celebrate the one year anniversary since the inception of my blog. Oh Man! I have been so busy between work, and going to Africa and this and that, that I forgot. Sorry blog. Happy Anniversary! I forget exactly what date I started this blog, but I do know it was late December-early January.

My highschool buddy, Toni,  asked me to attend her housewarming soiree this past Saturday. It was a nice mixer. Most of the people who attended worked with her. After drinking like a half of bottle of beer, I felt a little tipsy and was too tired to take much pictures. Besides, I didnt want to take pictures and have to deal with people saying, “Oh I dont want my picture taken. Blah, blah, blah”.

I have a severe shoe addiction. Almost every week I buy a pair of shoes. But this past Saturday, I bought six pairs of shoes. And the week before that, I bought just a pair.

But the bad thing is I went back to the mall yesterday to buy not only clothes for work but a pair of boots, but I held back. However, since yesterday I have been thinking  about the boots ever since. I told the salesman to put the shoes on hold for me. I may be going back. Here are pictures of my new shoes…

Another weird thing is I buy so many shoes but I only wear like two pairs of the very old shoes. I dont know why I do that. I like buying shoes, especially if they are on sale, and dont wear them. I have a problem. I think I need to go on Oprah.

Paul Stanley, the lead singer of KISS was at Short Hills Mall in Millburn, NJ on Saturday selling art and signing autographs.

I was there but outside the store. I saw a crowd of people outside the Wentworth Art Gallery trying to get a photo of Paul Stanley. Here are some pics…

I have to knit this ish all over again. I’ve spent so far a couple of hours each day knitting this washcloth and I messed it up. I still have until Feb. 16th to get it ready for my co-worker’s baby shower.

As you can see the right “foot” (if you want to call it that) is not formed and is much larger than the “oh so cute” left foot. Darn, darn, darn! I got to do it again.

I got the job. Hooray!!!

I call it “My baby’s first step hanky”. I know, I know… it sounds a little funny. But thats the name I’m giving it.

Aren’t they cute? I took a look at the pattern and suprisingly I understand it. I will make mine in class tonight.

I finally finished my basketweave scarf. I think I did pretty well for someone who just learned how to knit. Tomorrow I will be going to class to knit a washcloth and after that my next project is to knit a hat. Knitting Rocks!
