I would like to give a Shout Out to Jenine C. for being a frequent reader (and commenter) on my blog. I’ve known her since high school and she’s still cool. Get in touch with me Jenine so we can have lunch :-).

For the past few years I have been contemplating on whether or not I should cut my hair. It has been something I’ve wanted to do for so long. I was a bit hesitant on taking the big step because I was afraid my boyfriend wouldnt like the idea but after talking to him about it a few weeks ago, he said he wouldnt care and he’s thinks I would look great with short hair.

Now when I mean short I dont mean 3 inches. I mean less than a half inch. I think its going to be more manageable and I would feel more free compared to the thick head of hair I have on my head right now.

I am still thinking about it though. I am going to Nigeria in a couple of weeks and I am planning on getting my hair braided. Possibly in the new year (’08) I may “let it all go”. We’ll see. I may either braid, dread or cut my hair. I’ll keep you posted.

For those who dont know Mike & Chris are the designers to look out for. The first time I’ve heard of them was while watching Fashionably Late with Stacy London (What Not To Wear). From first sight, I fell in love with Mike & Chris leather jackets. They are hella expensive but they are hot. I dont know. I dont want to pay that much for a leather jacket but I’m tempted. Here are a few pics…

If I win the lottery or get a high paying job, I’ll buy a Mike and Chris leather jacket. It’s worth it :-).
