After watching two episodes of Gossip Girl, which premiered on CW11 about two weeks ago, I really didnt like the show. It was boring, teeny boppy and for some reason I really thought it would be like Dawson’s Creek- but better since its in NYC and fashion focused. But the show is dry and I cancel the series recording on my dvr.  

I am now watching Dirty, Sexy, Money and the show is dirty, sexy, and the characters have a lot of money. What more can you ask for? It’s an attention grabbing show and I am definitely going to set a series recording.

And I have my sights set on another television show called Big Shots. It’s about four handsome men who have money, living the good life. Again, what more can you ask for?

My co-worker Richard asked me to come out and party to unwind and also it was his cousin’s birthday. I work with both Richard and his cousin. His cousin is one of the managers at my job.

Anyway, I went to the Voro Lounge and Restaurant in South Orange, NJ and boy I really had a good time. Before I went to the club/lounge, it took me about 15 minutes to decide  to go out. I changed shoes, I fixed myself in the mirror a few times and comtemplated on whether or not I should enter the world of “clubbing”.

I grinned and beared the idea of going out tonight and I wanted to see what “going out” to a lounge/club was like but was very intimidated and nervous since I was basically going by myself. I finally arrived at Voro and saw Richard parking then we entered inside. I got a couple of drinks and even after the first two sips, I was tipsy. Boy I am a light weight. I am still drunk as I am typing.

I really had a good time. I was really tempted to dance but I didnt want to. Maybe its because half of the people at the club were my co-workers that I see every single day. It was getting crowded so I decided to leave. I even came back inside because I was too drunk and I didnt want to drive and get into an accident.

After sitting around for a few minutes I went home. I managed to get home safely. I can honestly say again that I had a really good time and I will definitely do it again. I am so excited that I went out tonight. I was bored and I wanted to visit Voro since it’s down the street from my house. I tried to take pictures but it didnt come out good. The pictures are of Richard and myself and Richard’s friend, Judex and his date. Judex is my ex’s high school friend. Small world.

Oh gosh, I feel nauseous.

I would like to announce that I have been working out five times a week for the past couple of weeks, religiously. Yay!!! So far I am sticking to my work out plan. My diet needs a little work, just a little but all is good. I have been doing a lot of cardio and I love taking Step classes, because it’s all about coordination. And its fun.

Everyday, I burn about 600 calories on the treadmill and elliptical machines. I need to incorporate more weight training. My gym does offer strength classes so I am planning on taking them as well. I’m hoping that by my next birthday I drop at least 20 pounds.

Entourage guest star Adam Goldberg was very happy when the paparazzi was there to record “evidence” that he did indeed had time on the meter and he didnt deserve a ticket. Lord knows how many times I was unfairly ticketed but I couldnt provide proof.

On Sunday, I bought the latest Kanye West album, Graduation, and so far so good. It’s not surprising that it takes awhile for a cd to grow on me. I remember when I bought Jill Scott’s first cd and it took me about maybe two weeks to love every song on the album.

I only had West’s cd for about 3 days now and I already like about five songs. So that’s not bad. My favorite, besides the obvious hit Stronger, I love, love, love the song called “Flashing Lights”. I think this song is hot. For those who want to know what song I’m talking about, it’s #9.

Overall, I am enjoying the album. This is my first Kanye West cd. I am not a big fan of his but from what I hear, he’s a very good musician so I wanted to support. Hey! I may even buy his first two cds. It depends how I feel.

I haven’t bought a pair of sneakers for a very long time. And when I mean sneakers, I dont mean running sneakers. I used to buy a lot of basketball sneakers and I was into that lifestyle. I have to go back to my old self. I like my old self. I dressed better then than I do now. LOL!

if these pictures are fake. They look as real as the hair on Brady’s face. I cant believe the foolishness. Oscar de la hoya claims that the pictures of him in fishnets are fake and altered. I guess de la hoya doesnt know what “photoshop” means. Let me school him…Photoshop 101.

This is fake. As you can see Andy Roddick, in reality,  doesnt even have a 1/3 of muscle like the Mens Fitness cover of “himself”.

As for Oscar de la hoya, these pictures are REAL. There is no sign of any photoshop work done and these pictures look 100% unaltered. Even his body looks the same. Unfortunately, there are some people who buy into the fact that these pictures may have been altered. Stupid folks :-(.

Master Chief is back and he’s not playing games. Halo 3 comes out tomorrow, Sept 25th. And coincidentally Sept 25th is my little sister’s birthday. Happy Birthday Pam!!!

Too bad I dont have an Xbox 360. I would love to play Halo 3. I guess I will have to play at a friends house until I buy a 360.
