I had a really bad day today. I was a little aggravated at work because there were a lot of changes going on, I got into a little disagreement with my co-worker and I wasnt in the mood to work out today. I only burned 100 calories. Well that’s more than what I would’ve burn if I didnt go at all anyway.

And what’s funny is I was on this treadmill and I saw this lady looking over at me but I didnt pay it no mind. So the treadmill next to me became available, so she hopped on it. I guess the treadmill I was on was the one she likes, because as soon as I got off to change my headset (mind you I still had my bag, towel, and water bottle on the machine) I came back  she moved my stuff and said, “Oh I thought you were finished”. Ummmmm, no I wasnt. So she moved my stuff back and I worked out. Crazy bitch!
