Counting calories gets easier
23 08 2007Here’s a great way to know how much calories to eat. Just multiply your weight by 15 and that number is the amount of calories you need to stay under. For example, let’s say my weight is 200. I will multiply 200 x 15 and get 3000. That is the amount of calories I am consuming on a daily basis, which is too much. If I stay under, I’ll lose weight. If I eat the same amount, then I’ll plateau. And if I eat more, then I’ll gain weight. You get the idea.
