Yes, havent we all successfully lost weight and successfully put the weight back on? Oh the horror. Anyways, for the past few days I’ve been bringing my lunch to work and eating healthy. I would like to do away with the carbs but I will die if I take it away completely. I’ve been eating a lot of whole wheat pasta, fish and vegetables. I still have a sweet tooth and I must learn to omit candy from my diet. Especially, if I want to get down to my ideal size of 6-8. I am going to take off from work 2morrow to handle some business in NYC, so I will try to squeeze in some workout time on my bike beforehand. I’ll keep you posted on my progress. Wish me luck :-)
