you guys I was going to sleep, but not yet. I was watching a taped episode of Oprah and the show was  about “Good News”. There was a pastor on a show who came up with this idea of promoting A Complaint Free World. It sounds like a great idea.

 

How it works is you wear a purple bracelet and if you catch yourself complaining or gossiping then you have to move the bracelet to the other hand. The idea of this game (or whatever you want to call it) is to keep the bracelet on one wrist for at least 21 days. If you complain or gossip, then you have to move the bracelet to the other wrist and and count to 21 days again.
