I lost three pounds!
7 03 2007I went to the doctor today and she weighed me. I lost three pounds so far. I’m so happy. I also went to the gym to keep up with the weight loss and to build muscle. But as soon as I got home I made a turkey sandwich, on wheat, then I had a yogurt topped with cashews. I mean it sounds healthy but I am always eating. I have to limit the food I eat. I just pray I stick to it. As long as I continue to hit the gym, I will definitely lose some weight.
