Step #1: Admit that you need help.
28 02 2007I told Andrew that I was not happy with the way I was eating and gaining weight. So he suggested, after many times, to go to the gym. And after 561 days of him telling me that, I took his advice. I admitted that I need help.
Step 2: Go to the gym and worked out. I went and felt good afterwards. I was sweating like a turkey in November and Andy was there by my side egging me on. And the best part about it was I didnt have to pay a damn thing to use the gym. I went to my bf’s old school, NJIT,  to work out and the gym attendant always waves me in and never asks for id. I dont like my alma mater, RU,  because even though I am an alumni and they have a great gym, you must have a current id to use the gym. Come on. And I have to pay since I am an alumni. That’s not right.Â
Anyways, I am going to work out tonight. I’m so excited. I am planning on losing 30 pounds by June. I know it may sound unrealistic but I like to set high goals for myself and try to reach them. It makes me work harder. Â
