I scheduled an appointment with my dentist today. Conveniently, I already had today off from work because I worked a full Saturday. Yeah!!! Anyways, I am having a deep teeth cleaning. Yikes!!! I hear, and read, good and bad things about this procedure. But if I have to choose, I rather not do it at all. But I hear its does wonders for your gums. We’ll see. My appointment’s at 12pm. I hope I feel almost no pain. But so much for wishful thinking. I cant wait until its over.

ETA: It didnt hurt at all. This is a prime example of not believing everything you read/hear. I have to go back to get the top row done. I dont know why they cant do both rows at the same time but oh well.  My teeth feels cleaner. I havent worn my retainer in about a year, so I decided to wear it today. I want my teeth to be almost perfect. Hopefully, I’ll wear my retainer everyday, but knowing me I wont.
