Very upset right now

On Friday, I was trying to order something online from Carol’s Daughter but my order didnt go thru due to some error. Unbeknowst to me, CD charged my account four times. Even though I got an error message stating my order didnt go thru successfully. I will be calling them tomorrow when they open to get a refund. I’ll keep you posted.

ETA: I was on three way with Carol’s Daughter and my bank and CD was very unprofessional. The rep had a very lazy and non caring attitude and even when he was on the phone with my bank who was trying to educate both of us on what happened, he gave her an attitude and they actually got into an argument.

 I had to remind them both that I was at work and I couldnt be on the phone long and wanted this issue rectified. The bank rep then asked to speak to the CD rep’s manager because of his attitude and he told her that he was a “supervisor”. I just love how people, all of a sudden, say they are a supervisor when you know they arent.

Anyways, I am happy to say my issue has been rectified but I am going to think twice about buying anything from CD again.
